Mr. Peeper's Ice Cream.

This time the ice cream melted right away, though wasn't even soft serve. Noone said i have to eat it on site, I live 10 minutes away and was all covered in ice cream drops until i got home. We took 3 cups and there was nothing to put those in even to carry to the car, except a paper bag (???), of course it would spoil all my clothes and car. They would better offer options for this. Another thing -the employee was rude and acted like I owe them, the choice was very limited or they just did not care enough to offer other options. This was the second time i was there and will not go anymore. Also it is pretty expensive.

The ice cream cakes are good. The service and communication are terrible. My family has been getting birthday cakes here for a few years and there is always an issue. In early 2020, we showed up to pick up our cake to see the image was really messed up and were asked to pay full price. We were told their machine was having an issue, we were not told that none of their colors were working. We left, and they ended up chasing us out the door saying we could have it for free. I didn't want to leave a review then because we ended up taking the cake... but we almost ended up with no cake, because why should we pay full price for a mistake? (See attached photos of what we got vs what we ordered). I didn't go back in 2021 but foolishly decided to try again in 2022. We called in advance to try and order a coffee supreme cake for March 9th. No personalization or image, just a basic cake. Told machine is broken but to call back on Monday the 7th. Called back on Monday, left a message, no one got back to us. We went in person Tuesday the 8th. They had cakes there, but said none were for sale and they were already spoken for. We asked to order a cake for tomorrow and they told us "no, because you have to order them in advance." We explained that we tried, but they told us to call back and then didn't get back to us... They said their phone lines are weird and they don't usually get their messages. Yet again we are in a position of no cake. Thanks, Mr.Peepers.

The most amazing Ice cream cakes!! They taste great and my brother was very happy when he got his. While we were getting it though the lady that took our order seemed a bit short tempered. Right when we walked in she said "do NOT touch the cakes, I will do it for you" while we were just about halfway through the door. It wasn't all bad though because we got our great cake!

Awesome place to take your family or even yourself for a treat. It's like for anyone at any age, a child walking into a candy shop. Your eyes indulge in so many surprising flavors of ice cream. Especially the soft serve. It's clean, the worker are always polite and pretty good at serving. Try it out if u already haven't, it's become my new favorite stop for a delicious treat 🍦🍦🍨😋
